Who are we

HarrodConcreteandStoneQuarry2.jpeg

Kentucky Highway Industries Political Action Committee (KHIPAC) is a voluntary, non-partisan organization that raises personal contributions and uses those funds to support Kentucky’s General Assembly candidates. The PAC has been in existence for several decades now and has historically provided financial contributions to legislative candidates who support the issues and objectives of a safe and sustainable roadway network in our Commonwealth. Supporting KHIPAC ensures there are advocates in the General Assembly who support investing and safely maintaining infrastructure in Kentucky.

You Can Support the KHIPAC in Two Ways:

Individual contributions

An individual contribution can be made online or by personal check made payable to KHIPAC, PO Box 326, Frankfort, KY 40602. Individuals are limited to an annual $2,100 contribution to the KHIPAC.

PAC-to-PAC Contributions

If your firm or company has its own PAC, it can make a contribution to the KHIPAC. Like individuals, PACs are limited to an annual $2,100 contribution.

KHIPAC cannot accept firm or corporate contributions, including those made by pass-through entities. Contributions or gifts to KHIPAC are not deductible for Federal income tax purposes.

Note: Kentucky law requires that KHIPAC report contributor information – including employer, occupation, and mailing address – for all contributions to the Kentucky Registry of Election Finance.
